Origin Brand Consultants was asked by Fujitsu-Siemens Computers to develop a sub-brand name for a new entry-level server to complement the PRIMERGY range.

An easily understood name was required to communicate cost-effectiveness, high quality and reliability across a variety of different language markets. The name PRIMERGY Econel was selected as the most reflective of the brand's functional benefits.
