Origin was approached by Shell to develop a name for a new car servicing brand to be launched across a variety of geographical and language markets. The new name was required to be highly descriptive and be seen to complement the existing consumer image of the overall Shell brand.

Origin worked with the client team to develop the highly functional and accessible name Shell autoserv which tested well with target audiences in key markets. By using an abbreviated version of 'automotive servicing', the name Shell autoserv can easily be understood by many different language speakers.

As a consumer brand in a globally competitive environment, Shell autoserv provides high levels of transparency and places particular focus upon customer satisfaction and convenience.
