Volkswagen asked Origin to develop an umbrella brand name for their ‘Eco-product portfolio’.
Standing for more that just low fuel consumption and reduced car emissions, BlueMotion is reflective of the company as a whole. “Blue” is the VW colour and represents air and water whilst “Motion” embodies future, forward-looking mobility. The modern, upbeat tone of BlueMotion also re-enforces the sense that driving enjoyment has not been sacrificed for fuel efficiency.
The first production model bearing this new environmental trademark is the Polo BlueMotion.
