Braun created a new range of improved epilators to complement their existing portfolio of Silk-épil products. The new sub-brand required a name that would fit well with both the master and parent brands, as well as with earlier versions of Silk-épil.

Origin developed Silk-épil EverSoft, a simple, memorable name highly suggestive of both the long-lasting efficacy and reduced pain features of the system.
